30 Days Of Writing: Day 10

What are some really weird situations your characters have been in? Everything from serious canon scenes to meme questions counts!

Hmmmmm, let’s see. I got THREE fo’ya!

1.STORY: “Vengeance In Bloom”
The story takes place in the mid 1800s.
Lilly, a young Native American girl, who is being held captive by a gang of outlaws, is given a choice by the gangs leader, Payton. They have broken into the house of a Judge, and Payton orders Lilly to kill the Judge, right there in front of him, and if she doesn’t do it, he will “blow her brains out.”.

If that’s not a weird situation it’s quite a damn pickle to find yourself in. What would you REALLY do in that situation? Someone threatening to kill you right there on the spot, unless you kill someone else right there on the spot? You might night like your own answer to that one, lol.

2.STORY: “Things People Do”
One late night, Robert Green tries to carry a woman’s body out of his apartment building to his jeep outside and runs into one of his neighbors, Allen. He tries to convince Allen that the woman passed out from drinking too much and he’s just taking her home.

If not weird, really eff’in awkward wouldn’t you say?

3.STORY: “To Turn A Blind Eye”
With guns in hand, Patricia Cole and Eric Graham sit on the couch in a living-room discussing the impending fates of their adulterous spouses, while both said spouses, all the while unaware, are having sex, audibly, upstairs in the bedroom right above their heads.

OUCH! Wouldn’t want to be the adulterous spouses, right? Yeah….me neither.

Well, those are just some of the weird situations I put my characters through. It’s so much fun, I can’t help it,  lol.

What do you think?
