30 Days Of Writing: Day 22

Tell us about one scene between your characters that you’ve never written or told anyone about before! Serious or not.

Man, another hard one. What makes it so difficult is if I’ve never written the scene, I choose not to write it for a good reason. Perhaps I didn’t think it would fit into the story, it wasn’t needed, or it just plain and simply sucked. If so, I’m kind of an “out of sight, out of mind” kind of guy. So, I don’t remember much of what I don’t write.

…Does that make ANY sense? Whatever.

Let’s see. Let me t’ink, let me t’ink….ah HA! The original ending to “Mother’s Little Helper”! With Ending A, after killing and eating the souls of Bryan’s father and his father’s “new girlfriend”, my favorite malevolent spirit, Eiradaht, forces poor Bryan to call his Aunt and lure her over to the house to be the next meal/victim. If I remember correctly, it ends off with Bryan’s aunt saying “I’m on my way!” and of course we are left to imagine what happens when she arrives.

I didn’t think there was anything wrong with Ending A, I just liked Ending B, the actual ending, better. It was more dismal and…F!cked up than the first one, lol!
